thank you very much, but I've already done that. YOu may have noticed that all that shit in your top result is from australia, SA has much more f***ed up laws concerning this.

All the sites I find on Google have tips on how to run a successful station, but none on startupa nd applications etc.

you starting a legal station?...

surely you can ask the department of trade and industry, or whatever government department deals with this stuff? maybe arts & culture?

ICASA might be helpful.They give out licences for community radi stations.
Check their website :www.icasa.org.za or try to get hold of someone working for them.

Also try to get hold of the Media Development and Diversity AGency (MDDA). they fund some community radio stations.
