ARE HIP HOP HEADS HUSTLING?
HAVE THEY BECOME CAPITALISTIC?
GREEDY?
ARE THEY KEEPING IT REAL?
JUST HOLDING IT UP?
IS IT ALL ABOUT MAKING DOUGH?
WHY ARE BEATS SO EXPENSIVE?
WHAT HAS HIP HOP BECOME?
ARE HEADS CONTRADICTING THEMSELVES?
ARE THEY GETTING WHAT THEY ALWAYS WANTED?
OR THEY JUST SELLING OUT TO MAKE MONEY?

HOW HUNGRY ARE HEADS OUT THERE?

the best prophet is always ones innerself
if you can't look to your con and give in
are you still concious???
i'm not doctor phil, perfect american, even he's a hypocrite
i'm african and for any proudly South Africans who
can't admit so as to do better and improve their inner
they lost their roots when they planted the boots on the platform
after a corporate meeting in which they sucked dicks
like the Griqua King De Kock to Cecil John Rhodes

we can blame an mc
because its crap to be pennyless.
a rapper - just another human who needs to replenish his
food supply.
aint no way it feels right to go to the cupboard
shove it.
-to look for bread - let alone
i aint bending like old mother hubbard
so another dog can give me the bone.
still looking to get on.
cause at the moment just making chips liek rectron.
i keep my specs on
so i can see when my need pa**es want
when my hunger is a front.

can you blame us?
cause if the raps are concious we remain nameless.
still faceless.
xzibit said "this aint entertainment , i feed my kids"
just another job you make your money with words.
while my bosses m5 does 0 - 100 in 10 job losses,
we get bound to bank credit's 20 yr crosses.

the witness, confirming the reality of internet pron, fraud
stationery theft - frustration in blue collar.
caffeine & cigarettes are our cor'prate drugs HOLLER!

SELL OUTS
ALL SELL OUTS.OKAY NOT ALL BUT STARTING AT AMERICAN MCS WHICH MOST PEOPLE WERE INSPIRED  BY, THEY CAME THRU WITH THE IDEA THAT TO MAKE A BIT OF DOE RHYMING  IS OKAY. SO FOR SOME REASON SOME IDIOT THOUGHT HEY THIS IS BLOWING UP REAL EASILY SO LETS MAKE DOE OUT OF THESE SUCKERS. AND WELL GIVEN TIME WE HAVE SOME OF THE CRAP WE HAVE NOW.I THINK INSTEAD OF THE INDUSTRY CHANGING FOR HIP HOP....HIP HOP CHANGED FOR THE INDUSTRY AND WELL THESE IDIOTS ARE BLING BLINGING HIP HOP TO ITS LAST BREATH. BUT AS LONG AS WE EMCEES REALISE AND STAY THRU TO THE FACTS THE PULSE WILL KEEP PUMPIN'.

Hola respekt.
I agree with you.

Until recently i had my foot firmly planted on the side of battle lines which said : "weak mc - you rap about material things."
i know that this system is one that measures success in terms of what one has and how big your bank balance is.

"hey jigga is rapper he gets dough, he has a bentley" - and thats the way young guns see it.the time frame taken into consideartion for all that success isnt seen by those without experience.they see the flash man, they diont see the struggle because succesful people dont want to talk about the way they struggled - THEY WANT PEEPS TO C THEYRE DOING WELL!

Weigh up the amount of meterial on struggle versus success & you will pick up the trend.

since we see success in its prime , we desire it - desires originate with our eyes and they take in the showy display of one's means of life.and so even tho me & u breathe revolt / consciousness - we still have a nokia 6680 , we have mags on our cars , we wear R600 shoes even though they fullfil no basic need - but because those who are seen to be successful have these things - WE BUY THEM TOO , so that people will measure our success as they normally do - with their eyes.and we live beyond our means.

it will not improve because like every other business - hiphop music is controlled by the corporate conglomerates & their market related studies of what will sell - INSTEAD OF WHAT IS VALUABLE,instead of what is pure.

reality bites man.its up to the individual to make the change.
(hey isnt that a song.)
im tired - time to go home

i figure a real head can touch a non hiphop listening person and still convice underground gully niggaz to feel him. Any beat or any concept can be expressed in skillfull tips. Having ur joints played a lot or vids banged a lot is just about connections and financing urs. If u got skillz and banging hits then nuttin should hold u back. Peace to the realest niggaz that will never be heard.

100% i agree with you,
Being tight making money and keeping it real is like taking a path on the staircase to heaven. A step at a time waiting to gain balance after each step you take, many try to sprint up the stair’s with no wall, no, rails, and no stable stairs, sky is the limit, take note there's also gravity, defied when you satisfy all, but that's impossible Christ died because of Wealthy haters, the story has it>

I GUESS THE WORDS UNDERGROUND WERE NO COINCIDENCE COZ THATS WHERE THE TRUTH SEEMS TO BE.THE MARKET IS MOSTLY LIES AND STUNTS TO MAKE THE MIND SEE WHAT IT DESIRES MOST. THE BAGGY PANTS AND BAGGY SHIRTS ARE JUST PROOF HOW INFLUENCIAL HIP HOP REALY IS.JUST LOOK AROUND YOU AND U'LL SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE GOT THEIR PANTS LOW.SO ITS UP TO US THE EMCEES TO SPIT THE REAL ISH.NOT JUST THE TIGHT ISH.
