The Jozi based crew, Third World Riders, the Unemployed Alcoholics, have released their first single, "Hell is Home" from their debut album, Products of Circumstance which is scheduled to be released in June/July. The project will be released under the nascent and independent Panga Records which is co-owned by members of the crew. The crew was formed a year ago and originally consisted of five members. Read on for more details…

Two members Problem Child and Mic are no longer part of the crew due to creative differences and besides they were thought to be the weak links of the crew. Despite their expulsion from the crew they will be on the album and the enviseged national tour.

The remaining members of the crew are Cone, Maradona and Blasphemy.

The album has 20 tracks, which are currently being mastered and has special guest appearances from X-Amount, Skeptic, Pino and Snaz.

The contents of the album have been informed by lived experiences and candidly chronicles the lives of disillusioned, angry and disenchanted black youth in urban spaces.

Blasphemy is currently in the concentration camps for black youth, they call prison, and has been for the past three months. He’s been held on a flimsy armed robbery charge. Send him some energy!
