New Mixtape Runs the Streets

4 April 2006 No Comment

Miami’s own up-and-coming producer, STREETRUNNER, will release the first volume to his producer album, “Run the Streets” via Counterflow Distribution later this month. Hot off his success from the Billboard chart single, “Take Me Home” with Terror Squad and the “Intro” from Fat Joe’s “All or Nothing” album, STREETRUNNER delivers a full 22 track CD demonstrating versatility of sound in combination with his signature bass heavy beats. Appearances on “Run the Streets Vol. 1” include the likes of Fat Joe, Remy Ma, Cassidy, Dave Ghetto, Smitty, Diplomats and more.

“He is the future of hip hop with credible and soulful music. This is his year.” -Fat Joe

“Whether it’s harder drums or better ways to chop samples, he’s more creative than other producers. He goes the extra mile to make the record hot.” -Lenny S., Def Jam A&R

Expect to hear more production by STREETRUNNER on Lil Wayne’s “Tha Carter Vol. 3” and DJ Khaled’s “Listen” LP due out in May.

About STREETRUNNER:
Unlike a lot of producers, STREETRUNNER cannot be placed in a single category of sound. A master of technical aspects of music coincides with his creativity to form a unique sound of sampled and original tracks. More and more artists such as Juelz Santana, DJ Kay Slay, and Terror Squad are flocking to Miami to get a piece of its newest beat making prodigy. From the grimy percussion heavy tracks to the piercing wails of long forgotten soul divas, there is no question who runs these streets.
